Well now that I think of it why is finding another hobby so bad, especially if initial hobby is kind of needy in terms of resources. I'm just playing this to pass the time until I can truly tryhard again, and I'm not disappointed with the game itself. The art is really cool and so are the mechanics but it has a pay-to-win vibe going on.
A small game made by a small company, of course they are going to need some kind of income. Bottomline is I think my previous prejudiced outlook towards this game was unjustly placed, because all I saw from Google searches were big boobs and art akin to ecchi lmao

Of course you can grind but that would take ages to be able to get great cards. Meanwhile, for the small price of PXXX.XX, you will be able to skip ahead of that grinding and get better cards than your fellows who didn't pay, and subsequently win more games.
im just thinking that daddy and co. are annoyed by us because they cant relate to the discussion, but they dont want to try the game just so they can contribute because they dont like the art style/card games in general (the genre isnt for everyone in the first place) just so i dont get triggered for the unwarranted hate the game gets
