What's the build for SF now? I've been thinking about incorporating SnY in the build. Like if the enemy team doesn't have that much strong slows or are made up of very mobile heroes who can catch up even if you've got Force Staff. Treads --> DLance --> Yasha --> HotD --> SnY --> situational. The idea of the build is to just manfight enemy heroes instead of running, and capitalizing on your early lead to bully everyone in the map.
The whole point of the SB pickup was to do surprise ganks on their farming cores while you are online earlier from midlane farm, now that early push lineups are so common even in low MMR SB loses its value as a first item, maybe it's still valuable vs something like a Bristle or you're against an AM/PL/cores that need much farm. Now that the support life has become easier it's not uncommon to see cores themselves pickup a Sent or a Dust.
Positioning is the one thing SF lacks. That and a health bar with many divisions. Pike is too valuable for its active to lose. SB's purpose isn't needed in the current meta. In the normal game of meta hero vs meta hero SB has no place there. Fuck that item.
