lets talk'bout the situation that u r hitting the Ancient alone
1/ in my opinion there aren't much difference between 2 DR n 1DR 1 moonshard (if u was a very high AS hero like alche, wr... with their ultimate then 2 DR do better than 1DR 1moonshard) so 1DR 1moonshard are recommended becoz they are cheaper n less risk.
2/ 1 DR 1deso is the worst choice becoz the effect of deso does multiply ur outcome dps around 20%(it would be hard to calculate how much ur dps multiplied if u got 2DR or 1DR 1moonshard but i believe that it is such a big effective than 1DR 1deso). Im not sure but 1DR 1deso maybe is a good choice when u was an illusion core(tb naga...) or a summoning core(np brood...)

bd protection is like 70% dmg reduction right? does like having 1 dr and 1 moon makes the hit lower or maybe not

according to dota2.fandom.com, bd protected Ancient has 102HP regen per sec(12HP itself + 90HP from the protection) n receive 28.1% dmg before reductions (the dmg is reduced once by 43.8% due to its 13 armors n once by half due to the bd protection=>(1-0.438)x(1-0.5)x100=28.1%). So the Ancient is destroyed only if u dealt more than 102dps after reduction => 102/0.281=362dps before reductions.
In conclusion, im pretty sure that every lv25 carrier who has 1DR 1moon is able to destroy the bd protected Ancient, it just matters how long u can destroy it. XD
Same as the formula above, more than 407dps before reductions is needed to destroy a bd protected tier4 tower

with bd protection and mayb average lvl 25 carry or mid hero attackspeed i guess i dunno wat aspd is good to choose
