AM spammer is not scared of LC, Slark spammer is not scared of BS.
i agree with the above. git gud.
everyday i face counter on my spam heroes, lycan and clinkz... yes, either switch lane or you find ways how to deal with it. i believe other spammer knows this as well... eg. PL spammer against ES, Jugg spammer against Axe etc...
Pull the creep aggro a LOT
Later it's just positioning, having a defensive item like linkens and waiting for your counter to show/cast their spells or jump and burst them

Hello, how to handle mismatches in terms of the following:
1. How to handle lane mismatch (your hero is just very weak against opponent)
2. How to handle out of the lane mismatch; eg. teamfights, skirmishes, anything from midgame to lategame (Bloodseeker vs Slark, AM vs LC type of scenarios? even the simplest zeus vs tinker?)
