your rank will not decrease outside of recalibration. There doesn't seem to be a set number of wins to rank up but it roughly follows your mmr. mmr is the same as it used to be + or - 25.

I still dont understand how the mmr system works, like how many wins do I need to rank up? Will my rank decrease if I always lose ? Pls help me.
