Actually its pretty simple, if you are high skilled you will play in high skill bracket, theres no way to cheat the system. When i was in high-school and had all the time of this world i played in highskill very high, now when i have job and games are just a hobby i can afford when im on vacation and have free weekends im just normal skill average joe, simple as that.
