Bcoz there is a tendency that i get easily mad.. specially when games is hard, no coordination even your doing good to help your team to win still they will blame you..
this is more of a life problem than a dota problem
try to gain some perspective. if u cant do that, distract urself by trying to win. theres enough information on the map to keep u from thinking about how sad ur team is or whatever bullshit if u want to win the game
I get it competitive things are very high strung, I swam for 6 years and thats a sport where your emotions can only come out when its all said and done whether you won or lost. But what I've learned is there will always be another game and another race so dont let losing one get you down. And if your team mates are flaming you tell them you're doing the best you possibly can and that you're trying to improve. Because if you're trying your best in a match but you're losing chances are you arent the only one to blame. (take that last part with a grain of salt because you dont want to be in the mindset of yourself being perfect with no problems) I hope this helps you dude and good luck with all of your games!!
