ha i have played him recently but in a retarded way. first item shadow blade (before brown boots) gank with ult and invis. go back to farming repeat when ult is up.
doing this will secure a report if u lose but be very fun if u win.

I like playing lycan offlane with ss/silencer or similar slowing/long disable (with oov) hero. He just takes over the game from their carry and forces him to jungle/hug tower or die.
Early on you can bully even trilane And still have kill potential, later on your supp can roam, as usually you take tower And force them Away.
Too tanky, too high dmg fór almost anything to handle.
Everything is known to washed up, he just gonna apply that knowledge and hit 5k soon don't argue
