General DiscussionAlacrity v. Forge in lane?

I think forge, because the quas would give you more sustain in lane

Depend on matchup

Forges are better against people who can't kill it, tinker (he blinds), arc (to negate flux) etc
Alacrity is better against certain heroes for trading especially those with aoe to clear the forges, or if u don't need quas regen
