kaya makes u use less mana and also require less spells to kill creep waves/camps
i get that kaya is good im just not a fan of getting it before any sustain item and i think that with treads perse u can already do enough, its not like u want to join every fight on storm
Depends I think. Kaya seems good if you can utilize it to get some kills. Unless you can't you can obviously farm faster with bloodstone.

if u go arcanes kaya its probably good, u can have kaya and still get bloodstone at a good timing
if u go treads kaya it feels like ur setting urself to get a later bloodstone
Kaya gets back the old OP storm before his ult was nerfed. Kaya into orchid or bloodstone I'd say.
im buying soul ring regardless, it's just good for farming jungle and doing longer jumps in early game

Bloodstone seems better first if you're afk farming, and kaya seems better if u wanna fight earlier since it gives u spell amp and reduces mana cost while being cheaper, though I'm sure that bloodstone first is better since you to start collecting charges asap and it would help you farm kaya faster.
