Yes because if you master a hero you start focusing on other/more win oriented things.
Improving your mmr is yes, but if you are focusing on going pro then big fucking NO.
No
And here we can observe the always contrarian and held back by his team, B-GOD, in his natural habitat.

Yeah because if u are nuts on 3 heroes and u play a tournament they can only ban 2 of your heroes and then you pick the other hero that didn't get banned.
well you can spam your hero to a mmr mile stone then once your there try others. if you go back down re spam till your back.
Better if you get better on multiple heroes not just 3, I have like 15-20 heroes I can play well in the safelane as position 1.
i think is rly simple, you also answered yourself . you only gaining mmr . gaining mmr is not = improving , yeah i know how it sounds but this is how it works as everything else in this world dota also is not perfect. max that you will get that way you will end up like some 6k + spammers well known in the world with thousands of hours of dota at only same hero. and they are proud and happy that they acchieved that mmr , which in the end it doesnt even matter. if i would be in theyr place and put so much efforts on dota , iwould see 6K as a failure and not succes, and anything below 7.5k and at least "semi pro", would not made me happy.

eh 1 hero spam is legit players are getting known for their hero and they get recruit if they have the potential as well
potential???? lul . potential my ass, if they need a lifetime spam to master 1 hero and climb max 6k+ with that. how is theyr potential compared to pro-se you think. lets say compare to artezy . which can go 8k , 9k , 10k whenever he wants while he is alos training and mastering new hereos every meta to be ready for tournaments . is not even close man not all. the amount of time and effort they put in dota is almost the same , but mostly of those spamers have literaly no more potential than a random 2-3k player.they jsut put much more efforts at the game, cause they are obssesed.
wait isee to much of arc warden over there, and some meepo also. is this mothefucker cuki? is this a jebait ?!!!!! shit lul.
No. You should be using EVERY hero to be improving. The idea is not to utilize a single hero well to improve your MMR; but to fully understand what you're 4 teammates can do; as well as what the other 5 you are against is capable of doing to YOU and your teammates. Once you understand the premise of a hero you can play against it and win against it. Explore, git gud! Once you get a handle on this... winning the lane will result in good games and eventually MMR! Only once you are capable of fighting against an assortment of heroes and how to itemize against them will you rule any lane you go into.
IF I had to pick one hero that this doesn't apply to is Sven... that thing is just a PVE farming machine that shows up and poops the party these days (even then he's manageable).
you don't have to use every hero, you just need to have an idea what other heroes can do,you don't have to be able to play them
Of course you will improve. You will play with better and better players so you will improve faster. If you stop spamming those heroes u will probably drop but there is no way u will drop to where u begun.
It's the other way around
You can gain mmr without getting better but you will gain mmr if you got better
