Im not "muted" because of reports, unless they changed it so that you can get Just voice muted and not Chat muted.
I had some odd bugg where soundrivers for virtual reality took priority ^^ and stopped dota 2 from working properly

I seem to have a bugg where my Mic dosnt work. Never seen this before. :( i might be stoned tho
