i had to click several times on accept, it showed connecting t hen gave me penalty for not readying up

General DiscussionIs there some server issue going on?
Im getting stuck at establishing connection and then dc. geting 5 min wait then 20 min.
Is this happening with anyone? or can you suggest any fix
