Data quality refers to the condition of a set of values of qualitative or quantitative variables. There are many definitions of data quality but data is generally considered high quality if it is "fit for [its] intended uses in operations, decision making and planning.". Alternatively, data is deemed of high quality if it correctly represents the real-world construct to which it refers. Furthermore, apart from these definitions, as data volume increases, the question of internal data consistency becomes significant, regardless of fitness for use for any particular external purpose. People's views on data quality can often be in disagreement, even when discussing the same set of data used for the same purpose. Data cleansing may be required in order to ensure data quality.
Basically.. its the quality of the data that its gathering from your recent games (stats, gpm, items, things that you and the other players did, and other things true sight gathers). True sight downloads replays and analyzes them far beyond whats just normally available. It has nothing to do with your performance in game or how you played. Its like ... say true sight knows literally everything and every stat about your past 20 games.. that would be a A+ but if it could only gather half for whatever reason it would be a C and so on.
If you buy Dotabuff plus they automatically analyse your replays with truesight. However since valve only keeps the replay files for a week, truesight can only go back a week furthest. So if I were to upgrade to plus right now, only the games ive played in the past week and future games would be analysed with truesight. All my older games wouldn't be.
The data quality thing is just saying how accurate your truesight statistics are which depends on how many of your matches were analysed with truesight. Since I have years of games that cannot be analysed it will never be A+.
Dotabuff does however analyse some random games with truesight (although you still wont be able to view all the extra details without buying a plus subscription). Since some of my games have been randomly analysed my data quality is sitting at C.
