Read guides. Watch replays (preferably those with high MMR) and learn from them. Figure out how certain heroes work and work with your teammates to fulfill your role.

Analyzing your own games won't do shit
You'll only end up spotting blatantly obvious mistakes and making random assumptions blindly of how to solve the problem
Just get some higher mmr replays to analyze
You dont need to be versatile to be good in Normal Skill level.
Find your role, find your heroes, spam them until you know the game enough (I would say reach VHS, but HS is enough in case you get bored), then you can expand your hero pools
the heroes you choose to play are all very different from each other. focus on a role, it might help. hero like alc am are bad right now, but u can still practice them to learn a lot of basics a bout the game.

I kinda lose every time i play any hero cause i only know how to play am od and alche i think whenever i play like lc or sf i loss ps, do i need to improve my versatility?
