Go offlane core dky and spam im carry im carry and im carry. Get null and lh. Get some clarity from donkey and keep spamming ability and win the lane. Get below 15min atos with wand and arcane boots and you should be stomping every one. Vs hero like jugg weaver am go for silence 1st and then you atos them. Force staff is really good too. You counter am btw

First item aether lens doesn't seem good, atos is better.
If you can get atos, that's great. But as support, I think managing to get Force Staff, Glimmer is more than enough.
A lot of times I failed to get the money for Atos and run around with 2 Bracers until the game ends, the early gold are really precious because carries can't one shot you yet, so I would only get atos if I'm doing good.
Aether Lens is like uh... something to boost the momentum, maybe after Force.
Arcanes > Veil > Force/Glimmer/Survivability
SWM can get away with pretty much anything with mobility/survivability.
Start with wand, rain drop, and arcanes, maybe tranquils if you plan on getting a lot of mana regen items or if your team doesn't really need arcanes from you. Then decide between items like urn, atos, glimmer, force, ghost, euls, veil. Supports almost always get what their team needs, and not what they themselves need. Don't bother with aghs unless you're ahead and just want to dick around.
well since you want to play support skywrath you need to buy supportive items such as glimmer cape, force staff, maybe even lotus orb.
A Rod of Atos is not bad tough. but dont forget that you arent playing core but support.

What items do you build on him ?
I usually go for Wind lance/Wand/Arcane/Rod of Atos/Aghanim if we stomp them.
Aether lens is good on him ?
