I'm watching sing's PUBG stream just now and my connection sucks (or twitch) it only went 50 kbps I couldn't even watch the 480p, it keeps buffering i switch it to 160p (just to see if it still buffering or not) and my connection speed went down to 20 kbps, so i opened up youtube, randomly watch one video in 720p and my connection speed went up to 340 kbps. Seriously, what is wrong ?
