    I have played my 40 games of solo seasonal the question is do i have to play also the 40 party games to be able to convert my mmr?

      no, you dont need party mmr to convert your solo mmr. you can convert it at the end of the battle pass

              you can choose for both, you can take just one of them or both

                At least 40 games of each you want to trade.

                So if you want to exchange your solo and your party you need at least 40 games in both.
