switch lanes with offlane if it's really bothersome. other than that, you would need supports that can zone them out.
Do you even understand the whole concept of such a lane?
Why would you reply with "zone them out" or "agressive trilane", if your lane will be constantly pushed to the enemy tower?
You lose an astonishing amount of lane creeps, because both Lich and Enigma would deny a creep first wave.
What are you going to zone? A fucking tower or what? Reply makes no sense.
It's like the question all people have when laning against Bane. There is no magical answer. you just can't do anything special. It's the way those heroes work, They're designed to ruin your lane and tilt you. same goes with alot of other heroes.
They're sharing EXP, Lich can't deny much creeps at lvl2, both of the heroes have no means of escape nor threat to the safelane carry until both of them get level 3 and even so they're still really weak.
Do what a safelane does, pull, shift creep equilibrium to T1, gank them. If Enigma goes jungle, grats, you just zoned him out. A solo Lich? Gank and zone again, grats you just zoned both of them out.
So yeah, an aggressive trilane would work.
Not enough information given.. it depends on heroes and your role. But pretty much pull/roam or BSJ
^^ leave your carry to solo, carry is better to end up out leveling them, rather than being both underfarmed and underleveled
