You have to download the whole match replay and use a screen recorder and record the clip you want.

So there is no way to convert the replay and then to edit it ?

you go to the steam file and you find the downloaded replay, but is a strange format .dem file cant be converted to mp4, avi...

thats because its not a video format. Its like trying to convert an exe file to mp4, it can't be done.
