IMO 4k's know that they cant reach 5k and they eventually lose hope while 3.5k - 3.9k are so damn enthusiastic especially in EU u wonder.
Because 4k mmr people thinks that they are better than most people, and usually does not listen to others, which usually ends up in a game lacking teamwork
People stuck in the 3k bracket are in my opinion constantly getting better. It's an endless cycle of never moving into the 4's.
Actually if this were true there would still be a logical explanation - there are more actual 5-6ks in 3.5k right now than there were ever before, because even if they calibrate at max they are still gonna spend a few games in 3.5k-4.0k which could be enough to tilt people who have been 3.5k for ages.
I mean, it's kinda funny, but nowadays you don't even have to smurf down to play at 3.5k, even if you are a 8k player you'll have to grind your way up to 8k from 3.5k.
Yep its smurfs fault mostly. But being carried by 7k doesnt make other people play better than 4,5 k.
getting a true high mmr smurf in ur game team is completely random so in the long run they have no impact on your mmr
you will still climb if u r good enough (not like me)

Ya I probably was not clear. I did not mean all 10 players in a 3k bracket will all be better than 10 players in a 4k bracket. I mean every other game there are people in the 3k bracket that is extremely dominate like 20-1. The skill wise of that player seems alot better than those you see in the 4k bracket. I have 2 accounts and I played in both bracket and where as the 4k bracket it is a the average group of players in the 3k bracket there are alot of really special players. I did not know they changed calibration this might be the cause of this. Thanks for informing me.
There's a 56% chance that the smurfer is on the other team (if there is one) it isn't actually completely random
i played around with 4k guys while climbing up and there are really people who thinks they are really good for the team, keep flaming you says "gg end" "this (insert player) is cancer".
played with someone who boasts he is 4.5k then i questioned him why u in 3.8k now and he says cancer players made him lose all the time
he still falling deep since i last played with him in a VHS match
it doesn't let you calibrate higher than around 4k, so if someone is 4k there is a chance they're at maximum skill, while alot of above 4ks are there because they calibrated there when it was possible to calibrate there.
Funny,my mmr won't drop more then 300 when I grind from 3.7K to 5.2K.
There is a big skill different between 3.5 (so bad at everything) and 4.5 (not good at everything)

looks like you are struggling to get out of lp pool, but still how did you climb to 5k in sea(carry exclusive)? when in 4k people first pick mid and carry.
wow, spamming jungler heroes to reach 5k, it was indeed unique, was there a time wherein you're team flamed you for picking a jungler?
^Everytime,every match the more intense it got when I got more mmr,but it only make the dick slap more sweeter when I solo carry the game jajaja btw read all 3 page of the thread and you will know more
high 3ks are giga trashs dude. 4.5k players are btter no doubts
