the new anime is good
for the record i've read the manga and i still enjoyed it
people just don't like cgi and are butthurt it berserk didn't receive shingeki no kyojin levels of budget and animation
ive hated the cgi at first too, just like with ajin, but its ok once u get used to the art style (eithr that, or they improved the cgi)
anw just asking for fun, this not looking for any sort of influence myself
The only thing I got on Berserk is the badass action scenes(which is a good thing) and the story just flew over me, I never got all those angels, demons and human stuff, the animation was okay but usually I hate cgi animation Berserk and Ajin was an exception.
I literally don't care about it at all, it is a long convoluted story that's just supposed to be gory and tragic and dark and only a bit of it is adapted. I would rather watch a completed work.
