If you can't connect before anyone else. Then maybe you deserve to play with 4ks.
I don't know how anyone doesn't connect before anyone else in 4k avg games.
Also, have you tried disconnecting the enemy ancient?
accept game, open console, type "disconnect", check wether its 4k avg, if so, press enter
and how do you check it when you disconnected? watch tab?
no, basically u prepare "disconnect" in console & you just keep console open while loading, then u got like 1+ seconds to check wether its 4k match or not, and since u prepared disconnect in console all you need to do is press enter.

or im not sure actually, i think theres a small buffer between when the last guy connects and the picking phase begins
or u can bind disconnect to a key and not have to type it every time and sit with an open console like a retard
