Dubai server is the same for everyone in terms of frequency of ping spikes and packet loss(I get 80-90 ping but with tons of spikes and loss), SEA works fine for me(140-180 ping, very few ping spikes or packet loss) and Indian server sucks ass(290 ping + occassional spikes into 2k territory).

I've been playing in SEA,dubai & indian servers and there are huge spikes in gameplay. i sometimes get 48% packet loss and nearly 300 ping. many ingame also tell its a steam issue. i have a 100mbps fibernet connection. tried pingtest.net and i get 4% packet loss along with ~300ms ping and >100ms jitter. my ISP says its normal. i dunno whether its my ISP or steam server issues. have u guys faced this issue?
