U can simply communicate with ur teammates about what to pick ! Get ur own hero pool , thr heroes u can play well ! Dota is for fun and if u re too much serious about fun then get a coach and improve ur skills
Very High Skill in dotabuf just means a different mmr bracket. The Very High Skill bracket starts from around 3750-3800 mmr+
