People get vlads now on him but better just to buy morbid mask since it's kinda dominator helm before the update and you can make satanic out of morbid mask anyways.

last time i played with a vlad's sven, he fed and got 4 reports and ended up in low priority as deserved
why wud u make helm on sven now. treads echo blink crit with armlet in between if u want. Tho I think s&y wud be better than armlet
Why would you ever get new hotd on Sven? No lifesteal, doesn't build into anything, you don't even get the old 20 damage. You only get 20 attack speed and a few points of attributes. New hotd should not be gotten on any pos 1 or 2 heroes.
