People who think timber is good against monkey king are either retarded or don't know how to play him at all.
Timber is okay against mk but he gets completely fisted against mk in lane. Ursa gets countered by so many things, is not as survivable as the heroes mentioned the later u go, and his dmg doesnt scale very well late. Slark and tb both r way harder to kill than ursa. Just wait for ulti and atos him. Ursa is all abt snowballing, but thats all he can do.
Btw the ultimate mk counters r beastmaster, windranger, and maybe venge/batrider.

MK is countered by like 60% of the available heroes and he doesn't need much adaptation to counter like tinker or techies

I believe They didn't Do anything to Ursa in 7.00 just a talent tree. But Yes an Mk who Has no support can die pretty easely.
I'd say ursa is a bit weaker in 6.7 he doesn't gain as much from his talent tree as a lot of other heros do .
Lets face the true op hero: Lich.
Lich was all about win lane, lose game. Now he can transition into a really strong right click hero. Just go midas as soon as you you can (ez min 12-14), while buying wards. Should be no problem. As game drags on (they all tend to do due to larger map), you hit lvl 20 and get fucking 150 bonus damage.
Lich scales so fucking great now.

seriously are we forced to buy diffusal blade, stuns and silence for him? once his supported he's unstoppable. unlike terrorblade, legion commander and slark ursa survives more than them even when not farmed or no items.
