well they did snag a few kills on the midlane, or at least, had the threat of creating such a possibility. I'm advocating necrobook because it gives intelligence and strength, thereby mitigating the passive stat gain we got originally through exort and quas respectively.
I kept the same build but I added a drum after midas to compensate a bit the lack of stats+provide mana regen and it works not so bad at all. Indeed you have even more damages than in 6.88 (smtg like 2/3/... per exort level I don't remember exactly) which makes your lane a bit easier to farm.
Blink sounds almost like a must have to engage with a single forged now, but honestly I still do engage with eul, sun, icewall and now cs, it works good enough :)
When exort is maxed, the wombo combo to aghanim and then you're Mr. Teamfight minute 30 ^^
oh, so you're saying replace necro with drums. Is there even any point in invoking a solitary forge anymore? And, how does atos sound instead of euls?
now u can invoke a lot more spells without aghs so if u wanna get a kill u can just use meatball and sht

Since our own spirit has abandoned us, we buy companions to help us proc cold snap.
For solo pickoffs - Blink, Necro, Alacrity, Snap, Deafening Blast finish - we'll probably exhaust our manapool with this one but that seems like the only way to play QE.
QW is definitely the stronger, and WE is still no drow ranger. But for those who prefer QE, do you think this is viable?
