From the article "Embracing the Change: 7.00 Impressions": Levelling is now slightly faster, with current level 25 requiring the same total amount of XP earned as previous level 23.
So i guess getting the AoE defeaning blast will still need more xp since you can get it at lvl 21 in the previous 6.88.
Invoker seems to be more of a right clicker this patch. I belive WQ is the build to go now.
