Sometimes I still want to do that build, but can't afford another low prio because some puseys can't take something they haven't seen on twitch.

iirc leveling stats & leveling crit gives u same amount of dmg (early game)

Stats give more DPS pre phase boots iirc. I had it calculated. Not raw damage, though.
