i am good at communicating with random people, but it is not the same as 5-man-team who play often together and use discord/skype/teamspeak. By team mates i mean TEAMmates, regular ones with some voice coordination and leadership

I dunno where to find 4man stack but u can add ppl after the game. Many ppl do like that

I try adding people after games that do well. Almost always turn out to be garbage when I continue playing with them. Very difficult to find competent people. I tend to stick to 2 people.
