Also I changed my ip address asked by my internet provider and then I noticed that a lot of noobs abuses the system and new players aren't having fun i also changed my steam number thingy in the file were i installed steam so it is true that valve is making smurfers in dota 2 and csgo away from new players but still they can abuse the system badly and not making any new players have fun in the game.
