Tempo = a deck in the game where in the player with Tempo is the one making proactive plays with the opponent reacting to them.

From what i know
Midrange: can be aggro vs control but can go late vs aggro
Freeze: stall the game and end the enemy with only spells
Aggro: full of bullshit card
Zoo: between midrage and aggro preferably near midrange
Tempo: good combination between spell and creep/minion (midrange)
a rule i follow when building cheap decks is that if i only have one copy of a legend i wont put it unless its a win-con
instead i find replacements
for almiraj u dont rly need replacements since u go hardcore storm anyway (pinion prayer, divine birdsong, beastcall aria) so just run more countdown reducts or removal

Level 15 Talent increased from +15 Movement Speed to +20
Level 15 Talent increased from +6 All Stats to +8
Level 20 Talent increased from +15 Strength to +20
Level 20 Talent increased from +25 Attack Speed to +30

The spectre buffs r way too mediocre it doesnt matter cuz the hero doesnt suit this meta the slightest.
