I'm not very experienced with this sort of stuff, but basically I have like 40-50 ms ping, then after about 15 seconds it goes up to 1000 ping, so basically my dota freezes, it lasts for around 2 seconds before going back down to 40-50 ping, its really frustrating since you need to do your actions ahead of time when it happens, here's what I've tried, I've replaced my old modem, disabling autoconfig, roaming sensitivity e.g stuff that I read on guides. I've even tried using WTFast, any idea on how to fix it?
EDIT: Also when I play overwatch it barely lags at all, almost never lags but on Dota, it always ends up lagging.
EDIT: I've also tried reinstalling Dota, but just dota not steam.
