Hi we have same problem buddy. My mom said every time your hand got wet wipe it, she always got mad at me if i didnt wipe it. She said this kind of people cant hold many money. Wet hand always waste money. Just prepare some towel to wipe your hand near your mouse.
If you get so anxious playing Dota your hands sweat the only solution is to quit playing. Zannen datta na.

Train cardio, eat more fibers, drink more water, wear better clothes, stress less, do yoga, do meditation, wash your hands with different soap, keep a clean PC area.

My palms also sweaty, after like 3 games of playing. They get more wet when my friends watching me play (i play in cyber cafe -classic SEA). Do you happen also have super skinny body? im 168cm, 48.5Kg..

yep same with u man , after many games my hands get more wet than it was. im 170cm 60kg. Its not about the weight i think
Are you playing using laptop? 'Cause they can produce a lot of heat. Or it's just your surrounding temparature. Just go find an electric fan and have it cooling you from the side. I'm quite a sweaty person myself although not sweaty palms, so I think it's because little heat can easily trigger my sweating glands and when I do sweat, it goes unstoppable.

hmm i have no problem with my body being sweaty. All i care is my hands since im playing using my hand and im playing on pc and i keep my room temparature 17-19 C ( im using AC) but still my palms are sweating .So i think room temparature its not a problem

2 things : wash your hands every time you wanna play, and wet your hands with a bucket of really cold water, it closes the pores, and you sweat less.
There are lots of people whit this problem, it has nothing to do with weight, you sweat glands just produce more sweat than its needed, just wash your hands, 5-10 times a day.
Go to the gym, stop looking like a mountain troll, get laid and then you won't sweat when playing dota.

they're all temporary and fairly expensive, + the antiperspirant has side effects and irritates the skin plenty

So i have an issue regarding my hands . It gets really wet when i play games for example dota .This is so annoying ,i can barely hold the mouse and my mousepad gets wet also.
Some ppl say its because adrenaline , lung disorders , etc .
So i put some fabrics on my mouse .Putting some fabrics on mouse feels different than not puting anything on it, but if i dont put it i cant play dota properly cuz its so hard to hold the mouse and to move it .
I did try to use gloves but it didnt work for me , because the glove itself so fucking thick that make me even harder to hold and move the mouse.
I bet theres ppl outhere who has same issue like me . Can u guys give me tips or maybe a solution for this wet/sweating hands? Thanks
