In fairness to them you did get a reply, I can't imagine what else they would be so busy with that could stop them from fixing the one of the only reason people subscribe to dotabuff plus.

Currently the ratings either discourage people who are good at a hero cause the rankings don't like smth about their profile, or it encourages cheating and match toggling which could be misleading people who think someone is good at the hero.
Literally the most meaningless way to produce statistics.
I mean this isn't the first time there was a clear indication of not caring about their client base. Last time there was a petition to make me a mod and I applied for the position, it took 2 months for them to come back to me with an automated response of "sorry, you're not what we're looking for" despite previously being not only active, but extremely supportive of the product and helpful to THEIR clients in the absence of any admin, or mod.
.....I did apply a second time with a made up CV after that which got a response which made me convinced that the type of person they're looking for was an unemployed nobody in a third world country who would be willing to work cheaply for long hours.
So done with being helpful on this site cause it's literally just 15 year old kids trying to get 4k on a smurf. No quality shit-posting, or even quality discussions which people want to contribute to. 9/11 customer care. e.g. disastrous

i remember ur case and the reason they mentioned when declining ur request was a 100% no-go sign for any job related to web sites and online communities.
That was after chasing them repeatedly for a reason. Half assed reason for sticking up for someone on the forum when some kiddo was harassing them without being banned by a mod.

U don't need to separate pro and pub stats. Just don't give bonus points for being pro.
