U shud select ur language then a test pops up with words from that language

4k+ and 95% can speak english

Why would you need anything more than understanding of basic english dota-related cliche phrases? Everything else pretty much doesn't matter.

Well except if you drop long & structured flame bombs that a typical cykableet player would never comprehend.

Only in all chat sometimes ppl speak russian.

well US west about 7 out of 10 games i have 3 to 4 teammates who cannot speak 1 english word outside of "______ is nob plz report" or "ZZZZZ LAG"

I don't understand why in a game that relies very heavily on communication we are forced to constantly be playing with people that we can't possibly communicate with.

*edit* this is during the daytime hours, in the evening after work/school get out for most, the number of English speakers improves ... which is why I think many people think there is no problem, yet other people like me (because we play different hours), think its almost every single game.
