Play random draft if you can understand which hero is the best in draft and has least counters. I play only RD in ranked. I don't play all pick because ppl tend to spam only 1 hero and in all pick I mostly get cancer teammates and 2k smurfs.

Whats the better mode to play in ranked mm? all pick or random draft? Or captains mode? I mean better in gaming experience and can someone explain to me how random draft works please. Thank youuu
