Ez to tinker on your bracket bro, my pro tip rush soul ring first item then go rush bot.get level 1 march,level 1 laser. priority is 2nd skill to max. Look how i play tinker :-)
Against bkb buy hex and blink. Then catch them with blink hex, and keep rearm + hex + damage until they die. If they manage to use bkb, just blink away and wait for it to run out. Try to fight 1v1 because tinker + hex is the best 1v1 hero in the game.
For tinker I'd recommend soul ring into BoTs, then build blink dagger, Dagon, ghost scepter, into hex. Obviously build ghost scepter into e-blade later. Aghs is overrated on him and it's not really good. Situational items like eul's scepter and bkb can be build instead of hex or ghost scepter if the enemy has a lot of magic damage and or silences.
Just look at my tinker game bro. Your in right hand if you did what i did,item what i itemed. As a tinker "think well" stomp hard and early. Never let enemy breathe to farm those bkb .lol. inshort. End fast as you can. My tinker ez rekt high skill bracket. Aether lens was good before going to blink if you wanna rekt your enemy. Then buy blink next max dagon. Next item get shivas. Ethereal blade and octarine core. You can finish that soul ring to blood stone. If you can go 7-9 slotted tinker(long game 40mins up) get hex,bkb,manta . Glhf. Dont listen to normal skilled gamer if you wanna improve.

ur arround 1000mmr in this bracket u should Max Q-W on most cases dont go march.. get bots / sring and dagger after,
at 9 lvl u should have max Q max W and 1 lvl Ulty , Soul ring and boots of travel, then start spamming Ur spells and get some kills

you have to take advantage from early and mid game, ganking around the whole map, and let your hardcarry getting farmed. and when they all get bkb do not start the fight if you have not the advantage or enough nukers to chase someone. or play defensively using march.
Play mid max march get travels before soul ring go blink agh bloodstone hex shiva ,or go dagon eth if the game say so

it is my build btw. i never level up march until i get BoT and Rearm but sometimes my tinker make the game longer than any other heroes. cause i cant push ti3. any suggestion to end game early as tinker?. and who the most hard heroes to deal with in midlane if your tinker?

After Watching Some Pros Playing TInker. I decide to Try this Hero. But I think My tinker Really Useless. Always Dominate early and after Enemies Carry buy BKB my tinker is so fucking useless.
And I want to ask u Guys How to Be Good on Tinker. What the best build ? dagon+etheral or aghanim+dagon??? and what's the natural enemy for tinker in Mid lane or In late Game
