Yes. From your game, you might have chance to calibrate to 5k if you try hard enough.
You can get 4k, but only if you do well. I calibrated countless normal/high skill accounts to 4k+, but since you are not a good player. you most likely won't be able to do it.

Smurfing won't make you a better player. High Skill means you are below 3.7k mmr. So no, you will not make it into 4k by any means.
