^If your in a decent Team your solo can be 3k but your team 4,5
if you're in a decent team there won't be anyone in this low mmr range
and i doubt that anyone would willingly play in team with people who have 1k less mmr or more
if you're playing seriously in team, you will sooner or later (sooner) start being very disappointed and stressed by their mistakes
i can't even handle playing party mm with lower rated people to be honest. it gives me literally nothing. also all the people i enjoy playing with are higher rated than me 
@Arin I agree with you, most of my party ranked games are with friends with 1000 or 1500 less mmr than me, and most of time it turns so stressful.

Like i played few games with havoc and hes surely better than me but his " dota for retard lessons " during the game are annoying

dude, this has been proven too many times. any stack of 3.5k can't beat five random 5k players.
Yeah, people usually don't understand that dota is a team game, and think that 1k difference will assure a win for the team that has higher mmr, where it doesn't realy matter. Mmr matters more in pubs, where usually everyone plays for themselves not for the team.

you have 5 roles, if you know how to do these roles you will win, so you only need knoweldge and skill nothing else.
Most of 3k players has no idea how to last hit properly, how to harrass the oflaner without getting hurt by the creepwave, they have no idea what "agro" means. When they're focusing somebody they usually stun at the same time.
stack of 3k player stand no chance against 5k players.
This is not CS:GO where you really need "organization" to make an strat. Standing at different points of the map waiting until 30 secs to start throwing Flashbangs and smoke in some specific area to break a site and if you fail in one of them, you'll be fucked up.
Ich würde mich mal für ein testgame (offlane) anbieten, mit nem Kollege (mid)
sind zwar nicht in dem mmr, aber man könnt ja mal schauen :D
Wir haben schon ne mitte und der Freund von dem wollte offlane aber wir brauchen eh mehr als 5 (so 2 standins wärn halt nice weil halt eh immer einer fehln wird)
most 3k are almost the same normal skill like the 'better' part of 1k bracket(except maybe they understand game mechanics more), but im sure there are people in 3k that can compete with 5ks, much like you can compete with 3-4ks being 1k if trying harder (but yeah most 1k-3k is probably like 3k-3.5k)...
I'll be a standin or your mid, I'm 5.1k party and have experience in AD2L, JDL and others. I was captain of my own team for a while and we did well in most amateur tournaments, I even stomped from solo mid against a pro youth team.

Spiele vor allem Mid und Carry, gelegentlich auch Offlane, sollte also in den meisten Fällen nützlich sein
Moin wäre als Standin für die Offlane interessiert. Bin in mein solo games auch oft am Offlanen und hab auch schon in einem Team Offlane gespielt, also falls Interesse besteht add mich.

Right and we are 3 players from germany(pos 1,4,5) and we want to take part at the jdl in 6 days
So we need a mid and a offlane.
In addition to that one standin is needed, but two would be better.
We speak german on skype (if needed TS).
Right now we are thinking about a team name, so if you are fast you maybe can choose one.
This isn't our first try, two years ago we failed to get into division 5 against a 6k+ Stack in the playoffs and after that half of us stoped playing.
