It was never going to be a big patch... it was intended to be a tweak up of 6.87. Just to balance some heroes out before TI.
Especially the Phoenix sun ray
It's pretty obvious why this patch is so small, and if you don't get why it's so small, I don't feel explaining, stay mad. -.-
Jungle hinders ur team in these patches. Enigma has a place but u better do well in the laning phAse and hit big ults
naix max AS is is now 0.31(1.85 base) instead of 0.28 (1.70 base)
and still doesnt effect naix bomb and echo saber dmg so after the first 2 hits he manfights with 10% slower as, idk but the hero is still very good
^ i think the naix nerf is ok, he can burst and chase people as before sure, but he lost some manfight capabilty, and he being outcarried harder in the later stages of the game by agi / high armor heroes is a nice balance approach. i agree they didnt kill the hero as they did with sniper in 6.84 or OD in 6.87...
wrong. enigma was always relevant. Black hole is one of the game's best gamechanger. You just don't see pubs playing enigma cuz they can't wait for good bhs and jump in right away. The pure damage is nice, but it doesn't change the core concept of the hero anyway.

This patch changed nothing except of enigma's relevancy. Am i right?
