Why'd u want to ever exchange bloodthorn on storm for anything that's like the best damage item for ints bar divine in the game lul.
I wouldn't build it on storm but if you steal a rapier from the enemy storm is a pretty good carrier. He isn't likely to die and give it back.
You don't buy it, you steal it.
The only reason why would you buy it is when you know it's lost because your team lacks damage
