Find your most favourable role. Mid/offlane/safe lane carry or support. Train few heroes to your best. Spam using that role and hero. Read their guides, watch pro players play with these heroes. Make new acc if u want a fast way to get to HS or even VHS. HS is around 3k. Which after so many matches u played, should be able to reach at ease.

you dont need 60%. anything above 50% means you're improving as a player, if very slowly.

dont concern yourself with the skill brackets, all it shows is the average skill rating of the match, very high being around 3700+, high 3200-3700 and normal anything below that. if you want to get to a higher mmr it's just about improving as a player by learning from your mistakes and then not making the same mistake again.
