with the new compendium update you can get ranked really fast now. I'm on my smurf and i only have around 80 games and I am able to play ranked but choose not to because I'm not on the best internet right now.
You can but only If your account is old and played 1ranked match before.
If not you need 50lvl exp trophy to play solo party is much lower though
