get some citro soda... you might have got infection which is why you feel dehydrated and urinate a lot... also stress can cause this.
i did get something like that last year.. i would pee like every 5-10 minutes after i drank water. but at night i didnt have any sleep break to go and pee. but it was hard to ger sleep since i was going to toilet often. doctor told me it was irritation (not infection) and gave me citro soda and some pills to help relax my muscles.
@Meka: Never tried it. I usually lie on one of the sides, but when i'm experiencing that pain and nausea (probably cause of the back pressure on swollen kidney area) i can't reall sleep - even if i take sedatives. It could work tho, idk if i can get one in my country, but thanks for the idea!
@Locustv2 - they haven't found any infection so far (i did have severe bladder infection 5 months ago at the same time of bursted appendix tho). Not in the blood and not in the urine (all inflammation markers at pretty much at 0). I gave urin again today, i'm going to the doctor tomorrow and we'll see if they found anything this time. I was not particullary stressed so it's probably not the reason for it. It all started when i suddenly got 38.2C, diarhea and insane pain in the kidney area 1 month ago and all those problem started to happen soon after. I didn't have any of them before that. My doctor gave me the medicine to prevent bladder irritation back then and also the antibiotics to treat possible UTI and it sadly didn't help, so the problem has to be somewhere else. When i had stomach problems 1 week ago i was also given proton pump inhibitor to reduce the amount of acid in it and it helped with it.
Never heard of Citro-soda tho. I guess it neutralizes the acid in the stomach and the body, i'm using sodium bicarbonate for that already :)
