Kinda depends on enemy lineup, if you can go agressive early then 2nd, if you must go defensive and farm safely then 1st one.
If enemy team has illusion heroes or lots of summons then Vanguard is always better then drums.
phase urn echo yasha diffusal. Just watch some high mmr games and see what they go, do same drums build but replace with echo.
finish manta before diffuse. Manta makes u way stronger than diffuse, diffuse is only good once u have manta
depends but most of the times you go something like phase urn drums manta - > radi/heart
diff rush seems awful
vang is legit since spec exist even without upgrade but idk if its better than drums, i'll go for drums 90% of the games, also you dont go for abyssal unless you have at least 3-4 solid items and even when you are 6 slotted its much better to have butter or refresher than abyssal, so...
echo is so overrated, idk if some high mmr games do that, never seen spec with echo, but I don't watch much streams nowadays
but it all depends on their line up, your laning, early game, you can even go for a naked radi if you are free
echo is legit... As a mid game item its very good on spectre. Gives strenght, mana regen, and even some atack speed... so, why not?
indeed i wont take long to replace it with another late game core iten...
but if blade mail is situational in some games.. echo could be too..

Drums is an int item now, you don't build thatdogshit item on Spectre,Jugg or PL anymore. Stop buying it ffs.
replace drum by sabre.
if u going buy radiance, then buy first urn and vg.
if u going diffusals, then u need first aquila, sabre, manta and finaly diffusals.
I prefer phase + aquila + vg + diffuse
