VHS players will always have an advantage since they can tell their normal skill peers with attitude to quiet down, and they have no choice than to do so.

~99% of vhs is just garbage, 0.9% are relatively bad, and then there are 6.5k+ players (some of those are also questionable tbh). being vhs by itself means jack shit.

I have seen rtz play though. Every player makes mistakes, and has bad days, even pros.

I sometimes play in very high skill when I party queue and we get in 3.8-4k matches or sometimes even my unranked MMR puts me in very high skill matches. Some of the shit you see in those matches make you facepalm.
