Bloodseeker get two ultis instead of 1, not just reducing its CD.
Morphling gets a second replicate aka hero that can use spells. Not replacing his own hero. His own hero is still fully functional (read patch notes, wud be a good thing)

ive been stubborn to make it work but i just cant seem to win the games with it.
it feels good, it works good, i think its good, but i aint winning games.

When an item becomes the most built item on a hero, over taking even boots/tp etc, isn't that a sign that the Aghs upgrade is too good compared to what aghs offers other heroes?
For a comparison here are the other heroes for whom Aghs is built as the most built item:
AA
Chen
Enchantress
Meepo
Necrophos
Pugna
Techies
Tiny
Venomancer
For all those heroes the aghs upgrade is either the best item they can get to increase their ultimate's damage, or core to increasing the auto attack damage they deal. Mirana's is the only one which just adds an automatic 300 aoe damage every 8 seconds spell. Then on top of that she gets to build either more utility items or more raw damaging items depending on if she is core or supporting.
When you compare that to shit like Legion Commander's which just slightly increases the time of duels while making it impossible for your team to help you win the duel or Bloodseeker's which just decreases his ulti's cooldown or Morphling's which lets you replace your main hero with a less powerful version of an allied hero you really have to laugh at how terrible Icefrog and Valve are at managing this game's balance.
