if u want to git gud u have to put a lot of effort and if ur not doing that it means u don't want to improve 
find a good build for a strong hero and raise your mmr by 800-1000 and then try to learn there by ruining games 4head
1.Good draft
2.Nice lineup
3.Decent gameplay
4.Watch top mmr games & not just watch,Learn smth
5.Don't suck
stay positive, focus on your own gameplay, try to stay motivated and see fun or purpose in gitting gud
Eat pizza or a burger, wash your hands, have a few bottles of Gatorade ready and play Dota for 6 - 10 hours and eat more pizza and/or burger.
Also #1 fastest is playing with teammates that way above your mmr so you'll be matched vs higher mmr openabts too . #2 as stated above watch pro games .
^ That and pizza/burger, man. Oh, and smoke a bowl before every game so you'll be in a good mood.
I dunno but with all respect the sound of this title is like "how can i get fit or hot 6 pack abs with minimum efforts?"

Hey Op - try there.
1. Watch pro player replays where they did well in player person.
2. Watch good YouTube coaching. I would suggest echo.
3. Get the most out of ur game. Be objective focussed and max imum efficient in farming, stacking,rotations etc.

I'm assuming you are a core player, and this is exactly the most important aspect of being an effective core player.
If you die pontlessly, you give xp and gold to the enemy which makes them stronger and incrementally harder to kill as you die and die to their hands. I know there are scenarios where being killed is just so unavoidable but its very different from being killed because you have poor map awareness. You just have to have that meerkat mentality knamsaying?
